Decent company with good work-life ballance - Sr Director Lucet Employee Review

Company actually listens to employee feedback. Great team - everyone I've encountered has been great to work with and everyone is passionate about the work we're doing. I also appreciate the work life balance I can maintain with the generous PTO and other benefits. When changes are made they communicate transparently about what is happening. The changes I've experienced has all been positive.

None I can think of; fast paced and changing environment at times.

Flexibility. Autonomy. Salary OK. Benefits a little pricey but OK for one person coverage.

Numerous reorganizations. Management has no clue what their employees do or any appreciation for them. Give too much decision power to departments that don't do your job. Clinical team made decisions for the coding team?!
