Pros

NONE EVERYONE SUCKS EVEN THE HIGHER UPS WHO TOLERATES FIGHT AMONG THE EMPLOYEES AND PICK SIDES

Cons

First, the TRAINING was the WORST ever! among all the companies I’ve been with this is the worst, especially the worst TL ever! she won’t check up on you, she won’t train you and ask you to self study everything and wants you to meet a certain quota on your first day of training after the orientation! and when you make mistakes she will criticize you and nitpick everything you do, but when you do something nice it will go unrecognized. Plus the deputy and the ceo knows the drama going around the office and it’s all because of the TL but since they are in favor of the TL even if the employees are explaining themselves its not valid since the bosses dont “trust” the employees and would rather terminate the employees but not the TL 🤣 and when you give feedback they will take it as personal attack and say you are insecure or being brainwashed and would even teach the NEWHIRES to not COME or TALK to certain people they don’t like, sounds like a healthy environment for me ☺️

Pros

- Career growth with a supportive mentor and trajectory was real - Real ownership, cross-functional exposure and impact are measurable - They noticed and acknowledged the work and have good perks - Great culture with diversity

Cons

- Title didn't keep up with scope - Small engineering team means wearing too many hats - Internal titles don't reflect market equivalent scope

Pros

there is no pros at all except for getting a salary ,

Cons

Working at Luce SG has been challenging due to perceived cronyism in management. Certain employees appear to receive preferential treatment, which affects team morale and creates an uneven work environment. This has made it difficult for others to feel valued and treated fairly. Greater transparency, consistent standards, and equal opportunities for all staff would significantly improve the workplace culture.
