I hope there was pros to write down for this company. I wish you luck, new CEO, for better future for your employees.

Worst thing about this company is, I guess everything has changed, but it is not a real company. People are nice but management is filled with politics and weird scandalous issues. People are not hired by assessing their competency but of their ability to drink and socialize. Hopefully now the changes are in move, there are changes in the company. Plus, if you are good at drinking and politics, you jump suddenly from assistant manager level to general manager. How odd is that?
