      Ridiculous low pay compared to other tour guide/museum educator positions Upper management does not care about you Zero COVID safety or protocols Horrible hours and working conditions (outside) No room for advancement or career growth Cost of living in Flagstaff is so high, you can’t afford to live in town with just this job

      mission-driven staff wonderful campus fantastic facility great history the staff who carry the business care a lot and are good people

      Cons

      new ceo appointed without even an interview process after leadership search failed nepotism, authoritarian leadership retaliatory behavior, people walk on eggshells, no job stability no respect for employees or their experience donor funds not used the ways they were promised horrible benefits no diversity
