Pretty much everything. The benefits were awful, it would take more than a full paycheck for a crappy plan to cover my family. Training is basically non-existent. Such a negative place to work, way too much pressure is put on each department and everyone blames everyone. Toxic toxic place. All because the CEO and Sales manager have no clue what they are doing but act like they do. Greedy company, was horrible to work for, in all aspects.
