Even when rates are up and the market is slow I've still been able to get great leads. The pay is very fair for the quality of leads provided and the support staff is well managed, fast and responsive. This is a company who's owner has spent a lot of time perfectly lead generation, branding, marketing and has a very strong online presence setting it apart as one of the top VA streamline lenders. The company also prides itself on having a great work environment, the staff is friendly and helpful, management is fair and takes complaints or concerns seriously and there is a great sense of comradery. There is no limit to what you can earn, it's all a matter of how much or little you are willing to work.
