Pros

Cons
- Not a lot of customers during the weekdays, so time can pass by extra slowly; depends on store location.
- Very limited opportunities to move up for Part-Time and Full-Time Associates as Assistant Manager positions have been eliminated for most stores (unless considered a high volume location).
- No commission earned on high $ value product, but are still expected to sell like you are -- as each person has a sales goal to meet. Additional payout incentives are based on store performance only, it doesn't matter if you're killing it at the individual level.
- Pay depending on position. Full-Time Associate sometimes being paid the same as a part-time employee.
- Fulfillment team and delivery partners create unnecessary chaos, which lead to irate customers that take frustration out on store reps.
