Flexible schedule, 100% remote, friendly coworkers and direct managers, nice mission and content.

Three rounds of layoffs in the last 13 months... multiple promotions for upper management & HR, and even then you might still be laid off 3 weeks later. I think this company doesn't know which direction to go in, and the consequences affect their employees who do the brunt of the work. They'll tell you you're doing a great job and that all of your effort is paying off, and then delete your entire department because they decided to go in a different direction. The pay was fairly low as well, but sometimes the benefits could offset that.
