Pros
The owners of Love Those Paws are very flexible with hours. I was able to work as little or as much as I wanted while I completed my college degree. The owners allow you to decline jobs that are outside of your normal hours with no penalty.
Cons
Completing your own invoices and keeping track of your mileage were two cons. The cost of services that Love Those Paws provides could be raised so employee's rate of pay could increase, considering companies that are similar and are around the same area charge more for the same services as Love Those Paws.
