A company that sounds good on paper and lures you in with a false claims of caring for staff. You soon realise your just a number to them and will be worked in to the ground with no reward for doing so.
The company is losing staff twice as quickly as hiring them, this is for good reason.
Management get a severe lack of training but are expected to do everything and be available at a whim - you will offer work 60+ hour weeks and gruelling long shifts with no breaks.
They pay you 13 times a year (4 weekly) knowing you won't be there a full year so you never get the full wage you expect, 23k a year sounds good for an assistant manager but in reality you get the equivalent of 19k each month but get taxed the same as 23k.
Management don't get tips even though it is often only management on shift.
The bonus scheme has no structure, your not told how to get a bonus, how much it is or when your going to get it, it's completely up to your regions operations manager and they can change this as they see fit.
As soon as you show any form dissatisfaction with the company they will manage you out of the company so you leave and they don't have to sack you.
