Pros
-small discount of 30% and you must go into store where you will experience the attitudes of advisors in store.
Cons
- Client services is the bottom of the barrel. We get frequent visitors from stores and corporate but yet no one knows who they are nor do they interact with us. -Not only do advisors quit or get fired so do Managers due to the Directors petty ways -Managers just take Directors directive, they have no voice nor can they speak up for any employee for anything at all. -Corporate ignores all problems including major HR issues -Promote from within is not an LV value, at least for client services -Managers leave advisors left over food from their meetings in break room for us to eat apparently. - We are told to lie to customers about product availability and/or the company's shortcomings -Your schedule will change and they will not ask but tell you. Honestly if you live at home or with a spouse and looking to make a few paychecks, this may work. If you are looking for a career to propel you into another position or are pretty ambitious, this is not it. Whoever is leaving these "it's a privilege to work for LV" reviews must have no ambition or is in management. People work for people not corporations.
