Must be able to stand on your own two feet, not much hand holding

There aren't too many reasons to work here other than if you're trying to break into finance from accounting, industry, or come from a non top tier school. Otherwise, you're better off at firms that have made a bigger name for themselves and truly value their employees.

Culture clash among employees. No respect for work life balance. Lack of communication. Company needs more defined structure and direction. This firm isn't a leader in the restructuring world. Widespread dissatisfaction in the firm.
