Lots of work! so Tiring - Janitorial, Day Porter Lot Management Employee Review

The hotel rooms were as clean as they could be. Housekeepers were taught at a reasonable pace. Deep cleans were done regularly to keep the hotel clean and sanitary. The schedule was flexible for us.

There were many days that were short and only gave me a couple of hours while other days required more time than I had available in order to get the job done. Along with the unpredictable schedule, the job became tiring and did not give as many breaks or positive encouragement to keep working.

Used to have a lot of kind-hearted, genuine, people.

Not employee forward. Hierarchy. Lots of nepotism on the acquaintance/friendship/family-level. Decisions are not fair across the board.
