Pay is good and i liked working here

there is nothing wrong with working here

Some departments are very cool, it really depends on where you land.

Extremely hierarchical— HR knows about bad apples in management and does nothing about it. It reached a point where I didn’t even complain when I was sexually harassed by someone on the higher up. Coworkers can be very petty and backhanded. Felt less like working at a library and more like a horrible city job. Takes forever to transfer elsewhere.
