Great startup idea with zero direction and clueless exec team - Anonymous employee Lori Systems Employee Review

- I have had the absolute worst work experience at this company. Very toxic work culture with no regard to the employees´ well-being - Excessive organisational politics and constant witch hunting by the management who are always looking to frustrate the employees - The management is absolutely clueless on direction of the company and are basically ¨winging it¨ with this company - All positive reviews on this platform about Lori were given under supervision from a company manager somewhere, nothing is positive about working for this company - Employees are given no reason at all to trust the management as your job is only as safe as how much they like you. Employee inputs and efforts are never recognized or rewarded - All the top leadership are over-paid foreigners who are most probably operating in Kenya without following the correct procedure by law. They are adamant about overworking, underpaying and frustrating all the local employees who are fired every other day for no solid reasons - They are exploiting their local employees with no regard to laws of the land
