Pros
Easy going day-to-day. Very little micromanagement. No excessive expectations placed on workers. Good place to start your career and develop yourself after being in school. Strong upper management.
Cons
Very low wages. Expected to travel overseas (Africa and Asia mostly) 4 to 5 times a year for a week at a time, and not compensated for overtime. Mediocre benefits. 8.5 hour day instead of the standard 8 hours. Weak middle management.
