      Pay is solid, coworkers are awesome. Lots of opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Work life balance is nonexistent, if you have young kids it's a pretty bad choice to come work as a field employee. And if you're single you'll most likely remain single.

      Pros

      The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

      Cons

      The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.
