      Bonuses and raises are less than 5% - the smallest of anywhere I've worked High turnover - they do not care about retaining valuable employees Favortism all over the place No consistancy in following WFH policies- HR looks the other way. No recognition for hard work

      Pros

      The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

      Cons

      The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.
