Opportunity to learn about basic sales processes

Owner is a micromanager, no development opportunities

Very friendly team and enjoyable atmosphere. It is nice to come to the office and meet my colleagues every morning. The job is also very entertaining as it is account managing but involves many different tasks with a big variety of customers (small - medium - large - famous companies) Hard to get bored here. Healthy stress to reach the targets as we are all aware we need to reach objectives but we feel all concerned as a team. Nice incentives to push us like the "Loopper wheel of gifts" where accounts managers can spin the wheel and win gifts like amazon vouchers if they achieve various daily goals (number of sales or clients reviews by example) Overall a really cool experience there I would have definitely stayed if I did not leave the city.

A bit more of involvement with the marketing team would be nice as they are on the ground-floor it is sometimes hard to understand what they are doing. May be more internal meetings to give advice and feedbacks to each other would be nice
