Where to start, first off if you are thinking of working for loomis at all, just don't. The pay is $13.00 an hour people that have been there for 10+ years are only making $14.00 an hour. Every branch is understaffed which creates problems for everyone else having to do double the work. If anything goes wrong you are first to be blamed and if you have any ideas that will make work better they are just thrown out. The company doesn't care about its employees at all because there will always be someone to replace you. The trucks are horribly kept, I worked in upstate NY, cold winters with little or no heat in truck and the doors have trouble opening. In the humid summers most the trucks don't have working ac and if you write it up it will be temporarily fixed with duct tape and paper clips, literally. Save yourself the headache if you're looking for a new job just keep looking, you will thank me later.
