Pros
Co-workers are decent. Can't really think of anything else. It's just a job.
Cons
Varied inconsistent hours. Low pay, no reviews, 15 cent raises if you are lucky enough to get one. Horrible morale among employees. Any minor mistake is documented and you have to sign a warning. Medical insurance is useless if you have dependents due to cost. Cheaper to buy from an outside provider.
