      The residents and the free food.

      Cons

      Middle management has no work life balance and has to be on call to come in at anytime, even on days off. I would get calls at 6 in the morning that there was a no call no show and I was expected to be there within 15 minutes.

      Pros

      It was a good job to work while in high school due to the hours being from 5:00pm-8:00pm as a waiter. The people working in the kitchen are very nice and most of the residents are sweet and nice to deal with.

      Cons

      Short hours for a person not going to school. Some residents can be demanding, but overall good experience. Pay is only minimum wage and cannot accept tips from residents.
