Team leader is awful and condescending

It was interesting and a nice challenge at first to meet your targets. The rest of the office seemed fine and other people were friendly, the issues I mention lay in the data processing team.

Extremely repetitive work and there is a high turnover of staff in the data processing team - largely due to the nature of the work and the toxic management style. Manager lacked any qualities that make up a good manager and was frequently unfair, unreasonable, quick to act upon their emotions and often played mind games. It was like being in high school. Pay was also abysmal and it was a struggle living life in London, had to pick up extra work which was really tough because this was already a full time job.
