Pros
1. Some people are nice - not neccessarily competent but nice 2. Some clients are interesting.
Cons
So many it's not funny - too many to list so here are the main problems 1. Terrible management, especially Henry, the actual CEO. 2. 0 induction and training. You are expected to know everything and will be verbally abused if you ask your partner for help or show that you unfamiliar with proccesses 3. Incredibly disorganised operations 4. As a grad, you will be shoehorned into a team that is not compatiable with your career interests. 5. Constant alienation by management to ensure bottom line employees are divided. 6. Big egos everywhere. Partners will undermine you if they see you thriving. Colleagues reluctant to help you as a junior due to their own workload. 0 collaboration. 7. Tried to screw me over with pay.
