If you do what you're supposed to do they don't micromanage like a lot of other builders.

The hours and days can be long, but that's sales.

None, do not work here unless you want to be fired after working late nights and putting up with crap, I was written up for being to nice, if that tells you anything.

They will fire you if you are nearly killed and under doctors care who writes a formal letter to them letting them know I was not able to return until 06/15 and proceeded to ask for a Dr note, which they had, but apparently they were asking me to write one myself stating false information so I was terminated 06-06-15 and I was not even told what community or where to report to by anyone, they consistently ignored my emails.
