Pros
Flexible hours, programs are fun and they offer opportunities to be creative and design programs. Great for starting and retired teachers. Wide variety of programs and opportunities. Great caring boss and co-workers. Good way to get to know the Long Island Schools.
Cons
Lack of full time or career advancement opportunities.
