They hire anyone so a good place to gain experience. Project Managers and the Field Techs are the best of the company.
Cons
They don’t value the veteran field guys enough in pay. Raises aren’t good broken promise and favoritism . Unorganized is an understatement. Some people in positions that they don’t have experience in and other half is to lazy.
