      Love working at Lone Star for many reasons: there’s an immense amount of support, collaborative team, ability to introduce a variety of modalities in session, and flexible hours. The property is breath-taking as well!

      Cons

      Wish the benefits in general were better, but don’t we always? Overall, it’s an amazing company to work for. Family owned and strong ties to the community.

      Pros

      Overall the work environment was very supportive and my clients were open to new things. Was able to have a pretty flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The place could be pretty nasty at times and most of the chairs were broken. You run the risk of bed bugs while being in this environment. Thankfully it never happened to me. Clients would stay there for years and really weren’t appropriate for the program.
