Pros

Very professional, customer oriented, well-organised.

Cons

They always ensure that the trainee has received the highest standards of knowledge and skills. They have standards that I have never seen in any company in London. From the trainee's point of view, this is a value-added point. For me, as a trainer, I understand that they are committed to excellence, but for a new trainer, it might look weird.

Pros

Were very friendly when you first met them. But standards and needed interaction with the clients dropped and became unexpectedly sloppy.

Cons

It all started well...the usual friendly banter and likeable chatter from the family members who run this. But soon you realised this was just a bit of fudge. You were expected to present content that they gave you for a course. Except the content had clearly been found by pillaging publicly available slide decks. Often the slides given had little or no relevance to the subject matter to be presented. Which left you in a dilemma ..you either spent your evenings after the day presenting radically changing and rewriting course content or you presented to drivel. Then other standards fell away. Meeting and greeting clients who had often travelled far, nah we don't do that anymore. Certificates given to clients at the end of courses even bothering to state the participants name with the correct spelling, nah we don't do that. Collecting your own materials at the end of the course, nah you just drag those around for days after the course. I managed to save more than one potentially embarrassing situations and find a way to work a Professional course for the participants, but they really don't have standards even remotely ensuring this is a given.
