Simply waste of time - Senior Marketing Executive Loha Ispaat Employee Review

This company was picked up via my social media connections. I was asked to be affiliated with this group but am not familiar with it.

no proper management. No goal. Only MD want money from all banks and bank refuses to give the same. Very pathetic organization. In 8 months they took 100 employee out of them 70-75 marketing people and they terminate all of them. Company launched IPO for that reason MD took educated and qualified people. MD forced to sell IPO to people by marketing team on Sunday also and after fell of IPO they terminate all. 9 to 8 working. And heard news that HR person gave resignation then in her notice period the MD gave her receptionist job.

people still working in this company ask them for better review. even reception person will tell you not to join.
