Pros
Everyone works together to help one another. There's no competition internally of me vs you, we're all here to become the best we can be and by helping others you in return see the same whenever you have a question. Whether it's other sales employees, support, or even C-Level I am comfortable reaching out to whoever can best help me answer a question/reach my goals.
Cons
It can be a grind, with being a growing company we don't always have the luxury of a "well-known name" but that makes explaining to people what we do/how we can help more exciting for the right type of sales person.
