Pros
-Smart people - who doesn't want to work with the best! -Great product w/ new products on the way - continuing to innovate -Start-up company that is growing rapidly - yes it's a lot of work, but it is sooo worth it to be on this awesome journey -They are able to keep a great culture here, even with many remote workers, you really feel like a part of a team -Executive team is on point and I know they will lead this company to great success
Cons
-The only con I can say is that being remote, you don't get to see your team in person as often but that's really a new reality now and I have accepted it. We get to meet a few times a year at least providing covid stays at bay.
