Great leadership, great products, human-centered company culture, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible work schedule, killer Halloween celebration!
Cons
Some may/may not like this - runs fast and lean, almost like a startup. No free food. Personally, I think free food is a gimmick and a trap to keep you working longer, but for some - this is a big deal.
