Pros

-> Can work from home quite frequently. Logitech often allows employees to work remotely. -> Intriguing technologies. -> Logitech truly has a dominant market position for most of its major products. -> Compensation really isn't bad. -> The hours are somewhat flexible (except during crunch times). -> There are some exceptionally bright people at Logitech.

Cons

-> Don't pay overtime. -> Performance reviews are missing glaring details. Performance review scheme involves highlighting and focusing on negatives. -> Often fail to recognize and reward excellence in the workplace. -> Software development process is flawed. Release processes are better suited to hardware products. -> There are some exceptionally dumb people at Logitech -- people who are rude, boorish, discourteous, and insulting.

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
