Pros

Would recommend Login VSI for anyone looking to learn and make an impact at a software company. High growth and earning potential across sales, business development, and sales engineering teams. Great opportunity to work with Fortune 500 enterprises. Great coaching and mentorship from leadership. Strategic initiatives are communicated well across teams. Solid benefits. Fantastic culture in the Boston office. Everybody is willing to work hard, help each other and has a desire to to win! Great tech and partnerships with industry leaders.

Cons

Fast paced with most teams supporting multiple initiatives which can lead to some challenges if that style doesn't fit your personality.

Pros

1) No matter level or tenure, ideas are listened to and oftentimes actioned - I feel my opinions are valued. 2) The coaching is non-stop. Learn something new every day with mentorship and teaching across multiple teams/individuals. 3) Hard work and a good attitude are always noticed and rewarded. Awesome team here, with approachable leadership/mentors. Great opportunity to learn and earn $

Cons

1) Due to growth, some systems and processes have room for improvement. 2) Fast-paced environment not for everyone. But if you ask for help, you'll have a supportive team behind you.

Pros

You get exposure to the full sales cycle and learn a lot about enterprise sales early on. The office culture is collaborative and supportive, and the people are great to work with. You’re not micromanaged, it has more of an entrepreneurial feel, giving you room to learn and grow. It’s a great place to build real sales skills that are applicable no matter where your career takes you.

Cons

It’s a smaller company, so some processes are still being built out. That means you’ll sometimes have to figure things out as you go, but it also gives you the chance to learn quickly, take ownership, and gain experience you might not get in a bigger, more structured environment. Growth opportunities may take time, but you’ll build valuable skills fast.
