      Pros

      This used to be a good company few years ago culture wise. You might get to work on some really interesting projects but that completely depends on your team

      Cons

      This company is getting worse day my day. Almost all managers are extremely toxic, they literally start fights within the team. Globally, the policy is still hybrid but a lot of managers are forcing you to come to office everyday in the Pune office. Lot of harassment if you are not a bootlicker. Micro mangement, bullying and lots and lots of internal politics. Too much cost cutting since past two years, all benefits were removed one by one. Upper management and HR is mostly aware about these issues but they still would not take any action.

Leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty. Communication between teams and leadership isn't always consistent. Processes are still evolving, so some workflows can feel unclear or change frequently. Work-life balance can vary depending on the team and business needs.
