Huge disapointment - Business Development LogicManager Employee Review

I truly feel bad for the individuals that came to work here straight out of college. They have no idea the amazing opportunities that exist and how fundamental it is to one's career to have a 'real' mentor that can shape and drive your skills to ensure continued success. Chalk this opportunity up to a learning experience and move on. All I heard about when I worked here was that the company was going public and that the culture was unlike any other. It is true that the culture is unlike any other..never have I witnessed a CEO talk about entry level employees behind there back or blame managers for lack of success. Most managers started at LM and have no other work experience, it is the fault of the CEO for not properly training or preparing Sr management to guide the business. As I type this I am flooded with the memories of anxiety and stress about having to come into the office. Also guilt for staying as long as I did and allowing myself to support such an outright disrespectful owner.
