Pros
Mission of the Company could not be better- helping pediatric patients with unmet needs. Everyone wears a lot of hats, very entrepreneurial culture and never a dull day. Lab and office space is beautiful. Lots of opportunities to go outside your comfort zone and build your career toolkit. The CEO and most of senior management is very down to earth and approachable. There is a lot of focus on getting the right answer, not necessarily the easiest or fastest answer.
Cons
Transition from start-up to 50+ person public company in just a few years has had some growing pains- mainly implementing and getting consensus on formal processes and procedures. Not a lot of external recognition for the accomplishments related to the progress on the scientific and clinical fronts.
