      Pros

      Exactly the same as reviewed by a former employee - butt kissing. Don't worry about skill sets, knowledge, expertise etc. You don't have to learn Java to survive here, instead learn Jalra (an unique skill of pleasing the boss) and you will have a great future here.

      Cons

      Never ever try to put your skill to work, it will back fire you and you will be branded ''incompetent''.

      Pros

      Logic truly has the best culture. All the employees are super kind and genuine. I've never experienced a culture as positive as Logic's. People really care about you as individuals and so does management. People care about your career growth and that is reflected in the Career Mentor Program. There is a lot of diversity and people from different backgrounds and experiences. I would recommend Logic to anyone looking for a job.

      Pros

      Working at Logic allows for you to feel like you are part of a family. We take care of each other and make sure your career path is the right one for everyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can break down but overall it typically gets dealt with. We sometimes get in our own way.
