Pros
The CEO and management staff care about the people. Open and honest environment from top to bottom. Expectations are set for doing great things as the solution evolves. Tools and training are available to help staff meet those goals. Work life balance is sensible and flexible for the different needs of different people. Being surrounded by passionate, smart people. Interview process was personal and down to earth.
Cons
The main product has some legacy code that can be challenging to accommodate as the system is maintained and evolved into a newer solution.
