Leadership is great and enjoyed working there

Office workspace isn't ideal, but it's a startup

-Great co-workers -Great location in Boston’s Innovation District -Flexible when it comes to working from home due to weather/illness -Product is well received and makes selling a lot easier than other products in the field -The training we received was from a world class organization and stands to improve everyone's skillset in their respective fields. -Tons of upward movement opportunity available.

-Like any start up, there is a lot of room for process improvement and optimization. -Expected work day for the sales team is 8:30am-6pm most days. -Some employees in the past, had their differences with management which was frustrating to hear on a daily basis but part of working out kinks is weeding out employees that don't add a positive influence the team.
