Pros

-The people are fantastic, very knowledgeable and approachable! -The flexibility. WFH with options to work in office should you wish. -The training. Udemy, product and external training provided where needed. This is also used to build out career path's through the relevant teams -Ability to make your mark. LR has always been open to change which allows for creativity from all employee's. -The support/services teams!, some of the best people I have worked with and always willing to help! -Coaching - Everyone assumes positive intent and as such culture is steered towards coaching a lot which is great!

Cons

-Information Silo's - not always easy to find what your looking for quickly. -a very "global" way of working. This works well enough but sometimes regional ways of working require adoption to get the most out of your teams. -The need to invest in themselves a little to build out better services and on-prem products. Spend money (wisely) to satisfy those customers. -Remember there is 3 primary regions not 1.

Pros

Lower level employees are truly wonderful and are the bread and butter to what keeps this place afloat Unlimited PTO

Cons

TLDR: place is a dumpster fire, highly would not recommend working here at their current name or the name they are merging under Pay is awful Toxic work culture characterized by favoritism, micromanagement, and lack of transparency. Ineffective leadership from the senior "leaders" Atmosphere of fear and distrust instead of collaboration and open communication. Marketing has dictatorial leadership stifling innovation and creativity. High level executive often engages in online bullying of other companies. Total disregard for feedback provided during exit interviews. It's like they exist as a checkmark and not to make any change. Lack of accountability from upper management. Disconnect between upper management and the rest of the organization.
