Pros

This company values structure, accountability, and doing things the right way. Expectations are generally clear, and there is a strong emphasis on compliance, consistency, and treating people fairly. Leadership is thoughtful about decisions and open to feedback, which makes it easier to feel heard. The work environment is professional, and there’s a genuine effort to balance business needs with respect for team members.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, change can take time, and processes are sometimes adjusted as the company evolves. That can feel slow if you’re used to fast decision-making, but it usually comes from a place of being intentional rather than reactive.

Pros

Great culture, solid corporate level support, GMs are the CEO of their business

Cons

Changes used to take fairly long to implement, but this has notably improved over the past year.

Pros

You have a job; just that, nothing more

Cons

The Wilde resort and spa is not a good fit for great peactitioners. Every therapist that is looking for a workplace where an employee is respected, heard and valued, should look for an employment elsewhere. Judge for yourself. The Wilde resort and spa was garnishing the spa employees' gratuities until the employees file the complaint to the AZ department of labor. Lodging Dynamics was denying the wrongdoing by the spa director and the resort GM for several months . A long story short: the spa employees finally received the payback. The therapists' commissions' percentage is the lowest among the Sedona resorts. The schedule balancing is another story. You as a provider, not the laundry department, would get blamed for the stained sheets on the massage table. Certain coworkers create big problems for other teammates. The lead therapist wouldn't hesitate to yell at the providers. Overall, the spa environment is simply unprofessional . If you aren't the one who complaints all the time about other spa employees, you are the one who is constantly responding to the complaints. The Wilde spa is a workplace where you get a solid proof that the coworkers are not your friends. There is a handful of decent folks working there though. No employee parking, no break room. One bathroom only. You aren't allowed to use the guests ' bathrooms.
