Pros
Few incentives, however the hotel itself is astounding and literally sells itself well but absolutely no credit can be awarded to the group of bullies in management.
Cons
There are many cons to working at the Loden Hotel. In relation to my interview, I was ultimately offered the position as Assistant Guest Experience Manager, however there was no flexibility with the offered salary or incentives. Even when I inquired into a potential uniform allowance, I was told that I was welcome to wear an old brown corduroy suit, that was kept in their basement storage. The suit was described as old, worn, and uncomfortable but I was still welcome to it! This incentive was absolutely laughable and it revealed one of many flaws in the decisions made by the management team.
I can confidentially say that the Loden Hotel has the worst leadership that I have ever experienced. The working environment functions like a dictatorship, where only the submissive maintain any longevity within the company. I wouldn't recommend working at this hotel.
