Dictatorship of the management - Operations Locus-T Employee Review

1. Top management is lead by dictator, who only put himself as the highest place in the hierarchy chart. He does not think from other perspective even respect other subordinate. He only think he is the best although he mention he is the person who willing to accept any feedbacks. 2. Dictator leader does not really think for other subordinate. He only think what he do is the best way of train staff in the harsh way. He think it is the best way of growth, but respect is 2 ways. Dictator leader always look down on other subordinate. He not even think he won’t exist if there’s did not have workers. 3. Management is very messy. All of the things are not structured and over promised.
