Pros

They have a keg, free soda, no waiting time to be vested for your 401k.

Cons

On the outside and when you first start things sounds great, but after my first week I realized I do not fit in here. To me there is a right and there is wrong, here there's a lot of bending policies, laws, etc. You do not get promoted by working hard and doing what is right quite the contrary. Since I have been here (over a year) I have seen mediocre associates get promoted over those that have actually deserved it. Even if you do get promoted they take months to give a raise if you are lucky enough to get one. Also they encourage you not to report all the time you work and even attempt not to pay you. Most have no idea of their actual policies from Corporate HR all the way to the local representatives. I have never worked somewhere I have known more about state and federal employment laws that my superiors not to mention HR. I have had to fight tooth and nail when reporting violations and have been treated as if I am the issue for knowing what is right. Not sure how they have gotten best place to work 10 years in a row, it very cliquish and lacks overall diversity. I do not know of any performance review process or work evaluation as far as raises go there have been none associates that have been here and hard working still making the same amount as when they were hired for 3+ years.

Pros

A true “team effort” environment. I think it really depends on who your team lead is and the dynamic of the group you work with. You will get a ton of experience fine tuning skills as they provide constant trainings and resources to learn. Decent pay when compared to competitor companies and great 401k plan. Plenty of company and marketing events. Hybrid work is great. Again to preface, who you work with can make or break the atmosphere, but everyone I’ve met has been extremely nice and willing to help. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Health benefits could be better. Company is really pushing new business and there can be a lot of work and last minute fires to put out that can feel daunting. There have been quite a few times I’ve worked late into the night to get things wrapped up. You need to self organize or things can easily fall through the cracks very quickly. A lot of meetings that can take up a majority of your day - leaving less time to get actual work done.

Pros

My team is great, from management to contractors.

Cons

Constant overtime due to poor planning and communication. Unbearably underpaid from market value While being in a specialty service department, we are constantly missing out on big events like the end of final year party or red Friday because account teams don’t plan ahead and we get stuck working their rush while they go and party.
