Pros
Everyone seemed to get along and it was a nice environment. The base pay and commission pay was good.
Cons
Post interview, was invited for training. Was surprised to find a full but very small room of other new candidates which none of us expected. We basically had two weeks of awkward tryouts since we knew that most of us were not getting hired. I was happy to be asked to start working for them after that with I believe 3 of the other candidates. After noticing a lack of hours and talking to current employees it became apparent that most of the time only 1 maybe 2 new hires usually stay. Towards the end of my probationary period I was let go despite making sales numbers and getting along with everyone. They are also not transparent about pay. My new hire group talked among ourselves about this and management got wind and we were all individually told if we asked other employees what they made we would be terminated.
