There is a very warm atmosphere in this company, people listen to your opinions and welcome any crazy ideas if you have any. They treat you like you are a part of a family and that can be a very encouraging environment to work in. If you work hard and show commitment, you will 100% gain from it. This company is an amazing place for you to grow exponentially and become experienced in all the fields that your position can connect to. It's very rewarding in that way because there are so many opportunities for you to show your talent and work. You will meet a lot of diverse people from all over the world, so it's a great place to get to know people and learn from other peoples experiences.
Cons
Can be a lot of pressure at times because the company is a start-up. But, as long as you are passionate about your work, can manage your time well and can remain active - you will love it.
