The company is maturing into a full fledged corporation. Communication has improved. Vision has improved. Products continue to be great! With the growth comes some bumps in the road, but it's a great place to grow and develop as the company does the same. Improved pay and benefits.

Can be very busy, and have an intense goal structure

Employees are nice and there's a ping pong table if you like that. You also get flexible hours.

Imagine a place where - because the HQ is in Belgium, you are told to hold off on certain job duties because they want control over those aspects of what you have experience in for years. You have a fraction of your duties, and alongside that, are given new duties, which you can do, but never had done before. Fast forward a year or more when those associates are no longer with the company. The new team members want you to go back into the things you weren't allowed to do - but they don't tell you they want you to do them. Then, instead, they have you laid off because they don't know that you can do those very same things that you weren't allowed to do in the beginning. Then, you are lied to about why you were let go in the first place. That's this place in a nutshell. No communication. No honesty.
