Pros
The company is at a great stage to be able to make a visible impact - with a good team ethos in theory. There are a lot of high performers, so it is a good environment for not only self-development, but to influence the development of others. The product is good - and the company is nearly there with living its values.
Cons
Lacking transparency, a lot of things are done on a whim, leadership redirect questions and workloads are really high. A lot of younger employees, which results in a lot of managing up. There is also quite a flat structure and at times feels like management is there to upgrade their own careers, rather than fully invested in the organisation.
